Srikanth Kodeboyina
Through Blue Eye Soft (Blue Space), Srikanth Kodeboyina builds AI that separates natural space-weather effects from other causes of satellite disruption, forecasts geomagnetic risk to power grids, and assists diagnosis from medical images. The work has been funded by U.S. Air Force SBIR and TACFI awards and developed under research agreements with the Air Force Research Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

SAFER™ — satellite anomaly AI

Space Anomaly Forensics & Environment Resolution predicts and diagnoses satellite anomalies from space-weather and telemetry data. Developed under CRADAs with AFRL and Los Alamos; being adapted (SAFER-BOM) for Defense Department multimodal data fusion.

Space weather & the power grid

AI forecasting of geomagnetic disturbances and decision support for utilities and grid operators, protecting transformers and transmission infrastructure.

BlueDocAI™ — medical imaging AI

Chest X-ray AI licensed from the University of Dayton Research Institute in 2020 to help triage COVID-19; the subject of U.S. Patent 11,087,883 B1. Won an InnoVision COVID-19 Response award.

Space Weather Prediction Centres

Set up a centre in Mumbai (2025) with U.S. Commercial Service support, training more than 35 research interns, and a second centre with Andhra University.

Funding & partnerships

Funded by U.S. Air Force SBIR Phase I/II and TACFI awards, with research agreements at AFRL and Los Alamos and MoUs with satellite operators Hispasat, Hisdesat and GeoSat.

Accelerators

Selected for the AFRL / U.S. Space Force "Soft Landing" space-tech accelerator in New Mexico (2021), NYU Tandon Veterans Future Lab (2020) and DOE BOOST (2026).
