Srikanth Kodeboyina was born to a farming family in Mantada, in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, India. After an engineering degree in India, he moved to the United States to study at the University of Dayton, where he earned a master's degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering while working odd jobs — including teaching yoga at the campus RecPlex — to support himself.
He went on to lead program and analytics work for Fortune 100 companies including American Express and Abbott Laboratories, managing multimillion-dollar projects across 14 countries with budgets of up to $32 million.
In 2016 he enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve and became a naturalized U.S. citizen. He later received a direct commission as an officer and today serves as a Military Intelligence officer.
That same year he founded Blue Eye Soft Corp, now doing business as Blue Space. The company first grew in IT services and, in 2020, licensed COVID-19 chest-X-ray AI from the University of Dayton Research Institute, which became BlueDocAI. It has since focused on AI for space-weather intelligence, satellite-anomaly attribution, quantum technologies and critical-infrastructure resilience, with research agreements at the Air Force Research Laboratory and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
In 2021 he was named one of the three fellows in the first cohort of the New Mexico Lab-Embedded Entrepreneurship Program at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In 2023 the Space & Satellite Professionals International named him to its "20 Under 35" list. He has also established Space Weather Prediction Centres in Mumbai and with Andhra University in India.
